Blends Well With: Cardamom, Clary Sage, Clove, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Juniper, Marjoram, Myrrh, Orange, Nutmeg, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Tea Tree, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang
Uses: Combine one to two drops with fractionated coconut oil to soothe muscles and joints or to warm the skin during cold weather.
Diffuse or inhale directly to soothe anxious feelings
Take one to two drops in veggie caps daily when seasonal threats are high.
Add to meats, soups, entrees, and salads to enhance food flavor and aid digestion.
Diffuse, or dilute 1 drop and rub over the heart center as desired for emotional support.
Consider massaging 1-2 drops into the soles of the feet daily, or diffusing as needed for increased energy.
To summon inner strength, diffuse; 2 drops Basil, 2 drops Bergamot, 1 drop Cinnamon, 1 drop Lemon and 1 drop Black Pepper. Blend into coconut oil or basic salve recipe to warm and promote circulation.
Oil Specific: If taken in large quantities, it may cause uneasiness, unrest, vomiting, loose motions, irritation and inflammation of the intestines, sleeplessness, overheating, and smelling strongly of pepper. However, there is nothing serious about these symptoms. Still keep pepper away from the eyes and nose, as it may cause irritation, sneezing, and burning of the eyes.
